What we collect

When you request access.

If you sign up to hear about the release, we ask for your email address. That is all we ask for. We use Klaviyo to hold this list and to send the emails. Klaviyo records whether you open them and whether you click. Klaviyo also runs on this site; what it records there is described below.

When you visit.

Three services collect information automatically.

Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where in the world they are. It uses cookies and records your IP address, browser, and device type.

The Meta Pixel tells us whether people who saw our advertising went on to visit this site, and whether they signed up. It uses cookies and may share your activity here with Meta, which can connect it to your Meta account if you have one.

Klaviyo, which also holds our email list, records that you visited and what brought you here. It sets a cookie to recognise your browser, so that if you later join the list we can connect the two.

Why

To tell you when the jacket is released, and to understand whether our advertising works. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services named above.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Google Analytics retains data for 14 months. Meta's retention is governed by Meta's own policy. Klaviyo's cookie lasts at most 400 days, and some browsers clear it sooner.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time, or write to info@theurah.com and we will remove you. Browser settings can block cookies. Google offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Meta's ad settings let you limit what the Pixel does.

If you are in California

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Write to info@theurah.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Where we ship

We sell to Japan and the United States. We do not accept orders from the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top.
